Important Room Reservation Information: 

• Single Rooms: Select the first option for Standard room single occupancy.
• Townhomes: Large two-story, townhomes available upon request and availability.  Each townhome bedroom is equipped with its own keycard for exclusive access and a private bathroom, ensuring a seamless blend of privacy and shared space. Each of the three bedrooms features either a king, queen or two twin beds and its own private bathroom. Most of the townhomes also have an open bonus loft overlooking the common area, and a few townhomes have an enclosed bonus loft. Downstairs is a large living room area with a fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony. To book a townhome bedroom for $157++ each, click the standard bedroom option and in the special notes ask to be put into a townhome.   There are two bedroom townhomes and three bedroom townhomes so please specify which in your request and enter the name of your preferred roommate(s).  This will give you the ability to pay separately. 
• Double Occupancy Option: If you select double occupancy, these rooms are for registrants looking to share a room with another conference attendee.  You must indicate your preferred roommate below or a roommate will be assigned to you.  If none is entered, the hotel will call you.  The cost listed is per person. 
• Deluxe Rooms: Same amenities as a single room but also include a kitchen, living room, fireplace and balcony.
